Audition Information: Tuesday, October 13th at 6:30pm

Sign Up: Click here to sign up for an in-person audition time (or video audition). After signing up, you will receive a link to a detailed Audition Form which should be completed prior to your audition.

Important Notes:

• Auditions are open to performers ages 18+ years old

• Market Theatre is a volunteer-based community theatre. If you are submitting from out of town, please note that housing is not provided. If you are exclusively seeking paid work, or if you are represented by an agency/management which prevents you from accepting volunteer performance opportunities, please inquire about specific shows/roles prior to submitting (hello@themarketanderson.org).

Callbacks: Callbacks will be scheduled as needed during the month of October.

Materials & Preparation:

Please prepare the following:

• a 30-60 second contemporary monologue, and

• a 45-60 second song in the style of the show (any contemporary musical theatre song is also welcome)

  • Please bring a backing track that can be played from your personal device. We will provide a speaker and multiple cable options to connect your device. An accompanist will not be provided. A cappella singing is allowed but not preferred.

Video Audition:

While in-person auditions are preferred, if you can’t make it on October 13th, you are welcome to submit a video audition here.

Video auditions are due by the start of in-person auditions (Tuesday, October 13th at 6:30pm). Videos should include a slate (introduction) and the required materials listed above.
