Are you a dancer looking to dip your toes into the world of acting and improve your performance skills? Or an actor who wants to grow as a dancer and pick up choreography faster? This intensive is perfect for you! Director & choreographer Quincy DelColletti returns to Market Theatre to create this new intensive experience alongside music director Kyra Morgan. Students will work to become more well-rounded performers, with a sharp focus on musical theatre dance, acting through song, audition skills, and chorus singing. Students will receive a headshot and be evaluated by a professional entertainment industry insider! The theme of the week is Newsies, the landmark Disney musical that puts dance center stage and integrates movement and storytelling in innovative ways. Spend a week learning from professionals who will mentor and challenge you while perfecting pieces from Newsies  to perform at the Friday showcase.
