Post-Show Discussion

Join us after the show for a panel discussion with mental health professionals.

Join in an open conversation about the show, ask questions, share your own experience, and learn about the mental health resources available right here in our community.

After the 1-hour show, there will be a brief intermission so you can take a break, stretch your legs, and grab another drink or snack from the bar. Then, our “Off the Record” post-show discussion will begin, lasting about 20-30 minutes.
