WAITLIST POLICY

Tickets will be sold at the door until we reach capacity. Online sales end 1 hour before showtime.

If a performance is sold out, you may join a waitlist by visiting the box office in-person up to 1 hour before showtime. In case of added, unused, or no-show seats, those on the waitlist will be able to buy tickets in the order that they signed up. You must be physically present when your name is called or the box office manager will move on to the next person on the waitlist. In most cases, waitlist tickets will not be sold until right at showtime. A party buying waitlist seats may not be able to sit together.
